RUNSMART Running
Analysis will be onsite to discuss the importance of
running mechanics and how they relate to triathlon.
Running is a sport of skill and efficiency, much like
swimming and biking. Many triathletes will spend hundreds
to thousands of dollars on equipment (bikes, helmets,
wheels) to become more efficient; however, there is
minimal work completed to become more efficient on the
run. The run is where races are won and lost. Come &
hear founder and President of RUNSMART Running Analysis,
Steve Gonser, PT, DPT, discuss the importance of running
mechanics and how they relate to running off the bike.
Steve is a 2x IM finisher and ultramarathon runner as well
as a practicing physical therapist. |

the basics - what distances are available, other options
(e.g., aquabike, duathlon, relay); and then discuss
training times and commitment to move onto longer
distances. Discussion of how adding distance too fast,
