Location:	Beaver Island State Park parking lot - Summer Sizzler Transition Area
Time:	8-10am
Cost:	FREE for all USAT members $12 for non-USAT members Be in the park before 8am or you will need to pay the fee to enter the park
Topic:	Not sure what you need to do in a triathlon. How to set up your transition and which way to run out. Get a complete review of the course and transition area layout from the beginning in hour one. Hour two will be a focus on the formula one triathlon. Get a brief history and a focus on race strategy, pacing, positioning, and nutrition.
