June 10th - Keuka Lake Triathlon www.keukalaketri.com This race benefits the American Red Cross of Yates County. Nestled in Keuka Park, NY on the campus of Keuka College in the New York States wine country. Plan a weekend trip to get away from the hustle and bustle of the busy city and see some of New York State’s finest county side. Stay on campus or right in neighboring Penn Yan. Keuka Lake is called the "Lady of the Lakes" because of its natural beauty. It is unique among the Finger Lakes in two ways: it is Y-shaped with a scenic bluff over seven hundred feet above lake level between the two branches of the Y, and it is the only Finger Lake that outlets into another Finger Lake, Seneca Lake at Dresden.

July 1st - Clark Companies A Tri in the Buff www.atriinthebuff.com This race benefits the Women and Children’s Hospital of Buffalo. Just 20 minutes south of Buffalo, NY in scenic Evangola State Park on the 4th of July weekend. The event is designed for the entire family. Mom, dad, and the kid’s can race in a beginners distance tri called a Try-A-Tri. Or you can attempt one of the longer races: Intermediate and sprint tri’s. For those who don’t like to swim, try the duathlon. Don’t want to compete by yourself, get some friends and compete in the intermediate or sprint tri relays.
