Update - Keuka Lake Triathlon
 

The Keuka Lake Triathlon weekend is only one week away.  We are already at record numbers.  Get in before you get closed out.  The magic number for 2007 is 600 athletes for all races combined. Online registration is still taking place as well as for packet pickup on June 9th from 3pm-7pm at Keuka Colleges Dalhstrom Hall.

The current water temperature is already above last year frigid 62.3F.  We are waiting for the exact reading and will have it posted on the race website.  Check back during the week to see the most current temperature.  Need a wetsuit go to http://handlebarscc.com to reserve a rental today for the event.

Reminders for athletes race morning and at packet pick up:

Everyone needs to sign a waiver!!!!

Everyone must have PHOTO ID even if you have raced with us before!!!

USAT members must have their USAT card or pay for the one day license!!!

Non-USAT members must fill out the one day license form even if they paid for it online!!!

If all else fails ask a veteran for help!!!

·        Keuka College has set aside over 275 dorm rooms (over 550 beds) the night before the race at a flat fee of $37 per room. NOT PER PERSON! All rooms come with 2 twin beds furnished with sheets, pillows, and towels. We also have 2-3 single rooms available. The first rooms to be filled will be located in Davis Hall. Davis Hall is located on the hill overlooking the lake. Check it on the Keuka College website.       Late registration, packet pick-up and room keys/assignments will be available on Saturday, June 9, 2007 from 3 Keuka College's Dahlstrom Student Center.

A note from the college:

All rooms available for check in after 3:00 p.m. on Saturday 6/9/2007.   Check out by 11:00 a.m. Sunday 6/10/2007.  The Weed locker rooms will be available for athletes to  shower after the event.  All keys will need to be turned in by 11:00 a.m. on the Sunday.
