 Free to all USAT members and only $10 for non-UST members.  August 4th Grand Island, NY 8am-10am in Beaver Island State Park.  Be there before 8am or pay the park entrance fee.  Look for us in the main parking lot where the Summer Sizzler transition area is located.  With USAT Certified Coached Mary Eggers  and Curt Eggers national Champion Age Group 50-54 of Train-This!  Not sure what you need to do in a triathlon.  How to set up your transition and which way to run out.  Get a complete review of the course and TA layout from the beginning in hour one.  Hour two will be a focus on the formula one triathlon.  Get a brief history and a focus on race strategy, pacing, positioning, and nutrition.  Register online or the day of.

• ALWAYS bring proof of annual membership and a photo ID with you to USAT sanctioned events, even if they don't remind you in pre-race communications. If you have not received your permanent card in the mail, you can print off a temporary card by logging into your membership dashboard.
• Music is a great way to pump you up during those long bike rides and runs, but remember the use of MP3 Players or audio devices of any kind during races is NOT allowed. Keep yours at home to avoid time penalties.
