Start and Finish will be in front of the Lockport Family YMCA, 19 East
Ave., Lockport, NY 14094

Relays and Y5 athletes: Shuttle services will be provided by Ridge
Road Express. Please take advantage of this service to minimize traffic
and parking issues along Slayton Settlement Road at the 5-mile mark. There
will be absolutely no parking on the south side of Slayton Settlement
Road. All Y5 athlete will run the first 5 miles of the Y10 course.

| Awards: First place overall male and
female, first place master's male and female, and 3 finishers in each age group will receive awards. No duplications. |
Y10 Age-Groups: Age group for male and
female runners will be 18 and under then starting at 19-24, then five year increments
up to 75 and older.
Y5 Age-Groups: Age group for male and
female runners will be 14 and under then five year increments 15-19, then up to 75 and older.
Y10 Relays: To be determined.

with a 5 mile spilt as well as the
standard finish time. |
| Facilities: Complete restrooms,
changing, lockers and showers are available for all participants at the
YMCA |
| Post Race: Refreshments and awards will
follow the race in the gym of the YMCA |

| Directions: The Lockport YMCA can be reached
by traveling east or west along route 31. From the north or south, runners
can travel on route 78 and then turn east on to Main Street. |
