The distance will vary based on the following categories:

Racing Age SWIM BIKE RUN
10 and under 50m-100m 2k-3k 0.5k-1k
11-15 100m-200m 5k-7k 1k-2k

If your child is a novice and falls into the older category, that may still participate with the younger group.
